What are the requirements to access a loan from ISSIA Sacco?
Must be a member
Must have an active saving A/c
Must bring a copy of valid national identity card & passport photo
Must bring an original land/plot agreement stamped by LC1 or land Title & Collateral security must be assessed
Must have two active guarantors
Must not be having a loan in default
Loan application form must be signed by loan applicant, spouse, Guarantors, Chairperson & Secretary LC1.
Must be aged 18-70
